Code Blue declared in Burlington as city opens cold weather shelter

BURLINGTON, NJ – Officials in the City of Burlington have declared a code blue weather alert for residents needing a warm place to stay out of the wind and cold of an incoming wintry weather pattern and low temperatures.

Based on projected weather forecasts, a code blue is declared effective Wednesday, November 30th, 7 PM to Friday, December 2nd, 7 AM. Overnight Shelters will be operating from 7 pm-7 am.
