COLUMBUS, OH — A lucky Ohio Lottery player has won the $500,000 top prize on the new Home for the Holidays scratch-off game.

The winning ticket was purchased at Lucky Choice, located on Nationwide Boulevard in Columbus. After mandatory state and federal tax withholdings of 28 percent, the winner will receive approximately $360,000.

Home for the Holidays is a $10 scratch-off game offering multiple opportunities to win big. As of Dec. 12, four top prizes of $500,000 remain available in the game.

The Ohio Lottery, which has supported education since its founding in 1974, has contributed more than $32 billion to schools across the state.

This win marks another memorable moment for players of Ohio’s ever-popular lottery games.
