Columbus police arrest suspect in Harrisburg Pike murder

COLUMBUS, OH — A man has been charged with murder following the death of Kylene A. Young, who was found unresponsive during a well-being check in the 2000 block of Harrisburg Pike on December 16.

Columbus Police and Fire personnel responded to the scene at approximately 1:03 p.m., where firefighters forced entry into the location and discovered Young. She was pronounced deceased at 1:05 p.m.

The following day, December 17, detectives identified Tyler L. Stiers as the suspect in the case. He was arrested in Athens County, Ohio, and charged with Young’s murder.
