COLUMBUS, OH – An officer from the Columbus Division of Police, while on a special duty assignment, was injured by a piece of equipment at the intersection of Trabue Rd. and Quarry Trails Dr.
The officer, though in critical condition, was conscious when taken to the hospital. Due to the incident, traffic is currently being redirected away from the affected area.
The department did not release the officer’s name or provide any other details regarding the incident.
