Columbus Police Seek Public Help in Homicide Investigation

COLUMBUS, OH – Columbus Division of Police has requested assistance from the public in identifying two individuals who were in the vicinity of a homicide.

The incident occurred on Tuesday at approximately 7:04 p.m. Officers responded to a Shotspotter alert on the 2200 block of Parkwood Ave. Upon arrival, they discovered an adult victim, Corey Meade, suffering from a gunshot wound. Meade succumbed to his injuries.

Detectives are seeking help in identifying two persons of interest seen near the area around the time of the shooting. Detective Robert Shepherd is available for any information related to the incident at 614-645-0877.
