COLUMBUS, OH – An adult male surrendered to authorities at the Columbus Police headquarters late this afternoon, claiming to be the driver of the Honda Civic involved in a morning incident on North High Street.

The suspect, who turned himself in shortly before 6:30 PM, was subsequently arrested and charged with Obstructing Official Business. His identity is currently withheld as the investigation continues.
