WASHINGTON — Police are seeking the public’s help to locate 15-year-old Amir Spears, who was last seen in Northeast D.C. earlier this week.
Amir was last spotted around 7:45 a.m. on November 4 in the 1600 block of Maryland Avenue, Northeast. He is described as a Black male, 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing 160 pounds, with brown eyes and dark brown hair. Police did not provide details on what he was wearing at the time.
