Contractors invited to presentation for Toms River Veterans Administration Clinic construction project

TOMS RIVER, NJ – Contractors are invited to upcoming presentations to work on the upcoming construction of the U.S. Veterans Affairs Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Toms River.

Local Interior Trade Contractors (mechanical, electric and plumbing; interior construction and finishes) are invited to a presentation this week by representatives of FD Stonewater and Harvey-Cleary Builders to learn about opportunities to work on the upcoming construction of the U.S. Veterans Affairs Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Toms River.

Five site and earthwork contractors met with Harvey-Cleary Builders at Town Hall on January 11. The new VA Clinic is an approximately 73,000 SF new construction development. The presentations will be conducted in the Lomell Room of the Tom’s River Town Hall, with 20 people per session. Meetings will be held hourly to discuss the project, to review plans, and to qualify interested bidders. The project is anticipated to start in early February 2022.

Harvey-Cleary Builders will lead the presentations at the following times and dates: Tuesday 2/1/2022 at 9:00 am, 11:00 am and 2:00 pm.
Wednesday 2/2/2022 at 9:00 am and 11:00 am. Attendance will be on a first-come/first serve basis. If you are unable to get into one session due to capacity, please plan to attend one of the other scheduled sessions.
