Cops bust man selling LSD, shrooms, pot in public park

GALLOWAY TOWNSHIP, NJ – On Sunday, January 3, 2021, at approximately 1213 hours, Galloway Township Police officers were conducting a property check at Tartaglio Park 299 S. Genoa Ave., when they encountered two suspicious vehicles. The vehicles were on the property at a time when the park was closed. Subsequent to an investigation Eian Donati was arrested for possession of CDS (3 counts) and distribution of CDS (3 counts). Eian was found in possession of 234 grams of raw marijuana, THC edibles, hashish oil, hallucinogenic mushrooms and LSD tabs. He was further charged with Possession of CDS within 500 feet of a public park, along with several other charges.

The operator of the second vehicle, Christian Porreca, was charged with Possession of Marijuana under 50 grams, loitering to commit a CDS offense and loitering in a public park after hours. All charges were placed on summons and the two arrested individuals were released pending court appearances.
