Cow Returned Home Safely by Local Officer After Making a Run For It

EVESHAM, N.J. — A local police officer assisted in returning a wandering cow to its home Tuesday morning, authorities reported. The Evesham Police Department said they received a call about the loose cow and dispatched patrol units to the scene.

Officer Nicole Szwajkowski arrived and managed to guide the cow back to its residence, the department stated. While helping the cow, the officer also encountered other farm animals at the property.

Police officials shared details of the incident on social media, thanking Officer Szwajkowski for her work in what they described as a “MOOved along” situation. Authorities did not report any injuries or further issues related to the event.
