Crash Shuts Down East Veterans Highway in Jackson

JACKSON, NJ – Police shut down traffic on East Veterans Highway from South Hope Chapel Road to Whitesville Road at about 7:30 pm on Saturday. A vehicle crash occurred in the area of Westlake Court, which is about one-quarter mile west of where a head-on collision killed a mother and a child in a separate vehicle just a few weeks ago.

The crash comes a day after one person was killed in a motorcycle crash on Hawkin Road, and a serious red-light running crash injured multiple people on County Line Road.

At this time, police have not released any information regarding injuries or details of the crash.
