Cumberland Police Apprehend Fugitive After Attempted Escape

CUMBERLAND, MD — Cumberland Police Department officers successfully executed an arrest and bench warrant against Trevon Marcel Emerson yesterday. The District Court of Maryland issued the warrants following an incident where Emerson fled from law enforcement.
