CUMBERLAND, Md. — Cumberland Police reported five arrests and criminal summonses Friday stemming from cases involving harassment, theft, assault and outstanding warrants.
Jenny Lynette Trapp, 45, of Cumberland, was served with a criminal summons following multiple harassment complaints, police said. She is charged with trespassing on private property and harassment and was released pending trial.
Anthony Clayton Talbert Sr., 45, of Cumberland, was served with a summons after police said he was seen taking a bicycle from a public park. He faces a theft charge of less than $1,500 and was released pending trial.
Lillian Amzy Wagner, 33, of Cumberland, was charged with second-degree assault after officers responded to the 400 block of Virginia Avenue. Police said a man reported an argument with Wagner turned physical, and officers observed injuries on him. Wagner was later located and served with a summons.
Ivan Candelaria Valentin, 40, was arrested on Bridge Street on an outstanding warrant for failing to appear in a littering case. Police said drug paraphernalia was found during his arrest, and officers also discovered a Mineral County, West Virginia, warrant. He was taken to the Allegany County Detention Center pending extradition.
Charlena Marie Rodriguez, 19, was also arrested on two failure-to-appear warrants involving theft and drug paraphernalia cases. She was released on a $500 unsecured bond.
