CUMBERLAND, MD – A 56-year-old Cumberland woman was taken to jail Tuesday on two arrest warrants, including allegations that she threatened a medical center in Washington state and failed to comply with pretrial release conditions in an indecent exposure case.
Julie Parrish, 56, of Cumberland, was located and arrested by the Cumberland Police Department.
Police said officers served Parrish with two separate arrest warrants.
The first warrant stemmed from allegations that Parrish failed to comply with the terms of her pretrial release in an indecent exposure case.
A second warrant was issued after Parrish allegedly made a threat involving a regional medical center in Spokane, Washington, according to Cumberland Police.
Police listed charges of threat of mass violence and arson threat in connection with the warrants.
The department did not provide details about the alleged threat, including what was communicated or when it was allegedly made.
Police also did not identify the Spokane medical center in Wednesday’s release.
Following her arrest, Parrish was transported to the Allegany County Detention Center.
She was being held pending a bond review, according to police.
The charges and allegations against Parrish have not been proven in court.
