D.C. Armed Carjackers Caught On Camera

Washington, D.C. — Authorities are requesting the community’s assistance in identifying suspects involved in an armed carjacking in Northwest.

On Friday, June 21, at approximately 11:30 p.m., the victim was in their vehicle in the 1200 block of Vermont Avenue, Northwest, when multiple suspects approached. One suspect entered the vehicle, brandished a handgun, and demanded the victim exit. The victim complied, and the suspects fled with the vehicle, which has since been recovered.

Nearby surveillance cameras captured the suspects.
