MILLSBORO, DE – The Delaware State Police are investigating a shooting that occurred early Saturday morning on Dupont Boulevard near Millsboro.

On January 25, 2025, at approximately 1:45 a.m., the victim was driving northbound on Dupont Boulevard near Avenue of Honor when an unknown vehicle passed them. An unidentified suspect in the vehicle fired several shots, striking the victim’s car. The suspect vehicle fled northbound on Dupont Boulevard. Fortunately, the victim was not injured in the incident.

The Delaware State Police Troop 4 Criminal Investigations Unit is continuing its investigation. Detectives are urging anyone with information or who may have witnessed the incident to contact Detective M. Skidmore at 302-752-3796.
