Detectives Investigate Fatal Shooting in Parkville

TOWSON, Md. — Baltimore County Police homicide detectives are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred on September 2, 2024, in Parkville. Officers from the Towson Precinct responded to a shots fired call at approximately 4:20 p.m. in the 8400 block of Leefield Road, 21234.

Upon arrival, officers found 43-year-old Romy Bogier suffering from a gunshot wound to the upper body. He was transported to a local hospital, where he was later pronounced dead. A second adult male also sustained injuries and was taken to an area hospital with what appeared to be non-life-threatening injuries.

The investigation is ongoing, and detectives are asking anyone with information related to the case to contact the Baltimore County Police Department at 410-307-2020.
