TOMS RIVER- A large storm that passed through New Jersey Tuesday afternoon caused massive damage in the East Dover section of Toms River and Ocean County Sheriff Michael Mastronardy is warning people to stay away while emergency service crews continue a clean up effort and potential search and rescue operations in the area.
The National Weather Service has not yet officially confirmed a tornado touch down, but eyewitnesses claim to have seen a funnel cloud.
