BRONX, NY — The New York City Police Department is actively seeking information on a male suspect involved in a disturbing incident at a donut shop located at 371 East Fordham Road. The altercation occurred on Tuesday, August 6, 2024, at approximately 4:35 PM.

According to reports, a 28-year-old female employee was threatened by an unidentified male who demanded free donuts.

During the dispute, the suspect brandished a firearm at the victim before exiting the store. He was last seen boarding an MTA bus traveling westbound on East Fordham Road. Fortunately, there were no injuries reported from the incident.

The suspect is described as having a medium complexion, black hair, and a black beard. His attire at the time included a dark gray t-shirt featuring an X-Men graphic, black shorts, black sneakers, and he was carrying a red Target shopping bag.

The NYPD is urging anyone with information about the suspect or the incident to come forward to assist with the ongoing investigation.
