VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — A 57-year-old man died following a crash on S. Lynnhaven Road over the weekend that led to the arrest of another driver on multiple charges, including involuntary manslaughter.

According to the Virginia Beach Police Department, the crash occurred around 4 p.m. Saturday in the 600 block of S. Lynnhaven Road. Responding officers found two vehicles involved, one of which was driven by Eddie Feliciano of Virginia Beach.

Feliciano was transported to a nearby hospital, where he later died from his injuries. A preliminary investigation revealed that his vehicle had been struck by a second vehicle that ran a stop sign at Bowling Green Drive.

Fields faces several charges, including involuntary manslaughter (DUI), DUI (1st offense), refusal of a blood/breath test (1st offense), reckless driving, and failure to obey a highway/traffic sign.
