BALTIMORE — Three people were injured in an early morning shooting on Friday in a residential area, police said.
Officers responded to reports of gunfire around 2 a.m. on the 1600 block of Whitehead Court. Upon arrival, they located three individuals suffering from gunshot wounds. All three victims were transported to nearby hospitals, where they are being treated for non-life-threatening injuries, according to authorities.
Police believe the shooting was an isolated incident and have indicated there is no ongoing threat to the community. The circumstances surrounding the shooting remain under investigation.
