PA Lottery launches new ELF-themed holiday tickets with $1.2 million in second-chance prizes

MIDDLETOWN, PA – The Pennsylvania Lottery is unwrapping its newest batch of festive games just in time for the holidays, featuring a lineup of seasonal Scratch-Offs and Fast Play tickets — including new ELF-themed options — and a second-chance drawing offering over $1.2 million in prizes.

The “Oh, What Fir-tune” Second-Chance Drawing allows players 18 and older to enter eligible non-winning holiday-themed Scratch-Off and Fast Play tickets, along with qualifying Draw Game and Monitor Game tickets, for a shot at cash prizes and online play credit.

Among the featured tickets are the $5 ELF Scratch-Off and Fast Play games, alongside titles like Merry Money Match, Fro$ted Fortune, $2,500 Festive Frenzy, and Trim the Tree X-word. Prizes in the second-chance drawing include two top prizes of $150,000, multiple $25,000 and $5,000 prizes, and dozens of $100 awards for online play.

Tickets must be entered through the VIP Players Club at palottery.com or scanned into the PA Lottery’s official mobile app by January 1, 2026. Draw Game tickets bought online and Millionaire Raffle tickets are not eligible for this promotion.

All prizes in the second-chance drawing are subject to standard Lottery validation procedures. Winners will be announced online after the entry deadline.
