LITTLE EGG HARBOR-On 01-06-15 at 7:47 pm Little Egg Harbor Twp. Police, Fire and E.M.S. were dispatched to 7 N. Forecastle Dr. for a structure fire. When police first arrived on scene the house was fully engulfed in flames and all the occupants were outside of the residence, not injured. The homeowner stated that an unattended lit candle in the bedroom may have caused the fire. One member of the Parkertown Fire Department sustained minor injuries while extinguishing the fire and was treated at the hospital and released. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation by the Ocean County Fire Marshal.
