Family Slept While Armed Home Invaders Raided their Monmouth County Home, Stealing Their Porsche

WALL TOWNSHIP, N.J. — Police are investigating a home invasion on River Road early Wednesday morning in which three masked suspects broke into a residence, stealing a handgun, keys to multiple vehicles, and a white Porsche, authorities said.

The break-in occurred around 1:00 a.m., according to the Wall Township Police Department. The suspects forced open a window while the homeowners were asleep and remained on the property for roughly 20 minutes before fleeing in a white SUV and the stolen Porsche.

The white SUV was seen heading north on River Road, while the Porsche was driven south toward State Highway 70. Authorities later spotted the Porsche in Newark at approximately 2:19 a.m., police said.

“The suspects are considered armed and dangerous,” Wall Township police warned in a statement, urging caution and vigilance from residents.

Residents in the River Road area have been asked to review any security camera footage recorded between midnight and 2:00 a.m. that may show a white SUV or the Porsche. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact Detective Sergeant Christopher Mason at (732) 449-4500 ext. 1192.

The suspects remain at large as the investigation continues.
