Fatal Shooting on East Armat Street

PHILADELPHIA, PA – A 20-year-old man was fatally shot this afternoon on the Unit block of East Armat Street. The incident, which involved multiple gunshot wounds to the upper chest, occurred at 2:04 PM.

Police arrived swiftly at the scene and transported the victim, a black male, to Albert Einstein Medical Center. Despite prompt medical attention, he was pronounced dead at 2:50 PM.
