Female MTA worker groped inside Jackson Heights subway station

QUEENS, NY – A New York City MTA worker was groped by an unknown suspect on Sunday inside a Jackson Heights subway station.

The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying an individual in connection with a forcible touching incident that occurred in the 110th Precinct’s patrol area.

The incident was reported on Sunday, at around 10:15 pm. A 36-year-old female MTA worker was working on the northbound E/F train line at the 74th Street-Roosevelt subway station when an unknown individual forcibly grabbed her buttocks.

The suspect fled the station on a northbound train. No injuries were reported. The police have released a photo of the individual in question and are urging anyone with information about the incident to contact the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782).
