TOMS RIVER, N.J. — Toms River’s popular Summer Concert Series continues Tuesday night with a free live performance by The Amish Outlaws followed by a fireworks show over the waterfront.
The event, hosted by Mayor Daniel Rodrick and the Toms River Recreation Department, is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. at Shelter Cove Beach.
