Freehold Raceway Mall to host ‘Fall Into Wellness’ event series in September

September 7, 2024

FREEHOLD, N.J. — Freehold Raceway Mall is launching its “Fall Into Wellness” series every Saturday in September, offering a mix of fitness, fun, and giveaways for the local community.

The event will take place each Saturday from September 7 through September 28, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., in the outdoor village area near L.L. Bean. Attendees can participate in a variety of fitness classes, explore interactive play zones, and try out activities such as rock climbing walls and obstacle courses.

Highlights include pop-up fitness classes, giveaways, live broadcasts from 94.3 The Point, and the chance to win prizes. Participants will also learn about the Freehold Athletic Club, a new gym set to open at the mall later this year, offering amenities like a pickleball court, yoga studio, and cryotherapy room.

The mall is also encouraging visitors to donate gently used sports equipment to benefit local children and promote youth athletics.

Here’s a lineup of featured activities for each Saturday:

  • September 7: Bootcamp with Donna at 11:30 a.m., a 40-foot Marble Run Obstacle Course, pumpkin smashing, and sports-themed caricatures.
  • September 14: Pilates/barre fusion class with Christina at 1:30 p.m., and a 24-foot Rock Climbing Wall.
  • September 21: Kickboxing with Michele at 11 a.m. and Apple Grapple reflex challenges.
  • September 28: Yoga with Marci at 11:30 a.m., bobbing for apples, and skincare tips from Lush estheticians.

The event is free and open to the public.
