Friday the 13th delivers life-changing lottery win to NJ player

TRENTON, N.J. — A Camden County lottery player defied superstition on Friday the 13th, claiming a $678,674 Jersey Cash 5 jackpot in a stroke of extraordinary luck.

The winning ticket matched all five numbers — 03, 12, 18, 19, and 25 — to secure the top prize. The XTRA number was 02, and the Bullseye number was 03. The ticket was sold at Township Liquors, located at 4751 Route 42 in Camden County.

In addition to the winner’s jackpot, the retailer who sold the ticket will receive a $2,000 bonus check from the New Jersey Lottery.

Lottery officials confirmed the prize as one of the larger recent Jersey Cash 5 jackpots, calling it a reminder that luck can strike when least expected.
