Fundraiser for Woman Who Lost Pets, Home in Christmas Day Fire

TOMS RIVER-On Christmas Day, Marie Skelson lost her home and her beloved pets in a fire at home here. Friends and family members have set up a fund to help Skelson on her road to recovery.

Gina Annunziata Trigona, Skelson’s niece has set up a GoFundMe account to help her aunt.

“Christmas Day is supposed to be a happy day spent with family and friends. Christmas Day for my Aunt Marie was far from happy. Her home and the pets that she so dearly loved (a dog, cat and 4 parrots) are all gone. Please help my Aunt, keep her in your thoughts and prayers.
