Ohio man wins $2 million on $20 scratch-off ticket in Kenton

Kenton, OH – A lucky player in the small town of Kenton is now a millionaire after hitting the top prize on the $2,000,000 Extreme Cash scratch-off, scoring a major win on a $20 ticket.
