The Yankees were known to be pushing hard for free-agent ace Gerrit Cole and they have landed arguably the biggest fish on the market. The Yankees agreed to terms on a record-breaking nine-year deal worth $324 million, MLB Network’s Jon Heyman reported Tuesday night.
