Glen Burnie Police Investigate Armed Robbery of Teenagers

Glen Burnie, MD – The Anne Arundel County Police Department is investigating an armed robbery that took place on July 23, 2024, at approximately 10:30 PM in the 7400 block of Ritchie Highway.

According to police reports, two teenage victims were walking in the area when they were approached by an armed suspect who demanded and took money from them before fleeing the scene. Officers and K-9 units conducted a thorough search of the area but were unable to locate the suspect.

The Northern District Detective Unit is currently handling the investigation.

  • Black male in his 30s
  • Dreadlocks
  • Wearing a hat
