On the morning of 1-25-2022 the pictured unidentified suspect, who appears to be a tall heavy set black male, was driven to the rear lot of the Pennco Tech School. He was dropped off by a second suspect in the pictured blue vehicle (identified and charged) who parked nearby. The pictured suspect walked across the rear parking lot, broke the victim’s vehicle window, stole two bags containing over $900 worth of tools, and fled back to the second suspect’s vehicle.
