TRENTON, NJ – Governor Phil Murphy announced today that he will allow bathrooms in parks to reopen this weekend. Parks, the state claims, were littered with bags of feces and bottles of urine after parks were opened and bathrooms remained closed. Initially, Murphy suggested visitors plan accordingly in case mother nature calls. Bathrooms can reopen as long as the entities that manage them clean and properly sanitize the facilities.
