NEW ROCHELLE, NY — RXR celebrated the grand opening of Two Clinton Park, a luxurious new residential tower, on July 24. This marks a significant advancement in the transformative redevelopment of Downtown New Rochelle, a project led by RXR in partnership with the city.
The tower features 390 state-of-the-art apartments and extensive amenities, contributing to New Rochelle’s status as the fastest-growing city in Westchester County.
Joseph Graziose, Jr., Executive Vice President of Development Services at RXR, reflected on the decade-long partnership with the city, emphasizing the successful collaboration between public and private sectors. Mayor Yadira Ramos-Herbert highlighted the project’s role in addressing the regional housing shortage and praised RXR for its continued partnership.
Two Clinton Park offers residents a variety of high-end living options, from studios to three-bedroom penthouses. The building boasts nearly 24,000 square feet of premium amenities, including a community lounge, a Club Lounge with an indoor putting green, and state-of-the-art fitness and spa facilities.
Over 7,500 square feet of retail space adds to the community’s appeal, with new businesses like Golf Lounge 18 and Mosaic Day Spa (Facelogic) set to open.
The tower, designed by Lessard Design with MdeAS Architects, is located next to its sister tower, One Clinton Park, enhancing the area’s luxury living offerings. With about 50,000 square feet of combined amenity and outdoor spaces, residents also enjoy access to the RXO Home app for building services and transportation options, including an on-site Tesla.
Strategically located for easy access to Midtown Manhattan and stunning views of the Long Island Sound, Two Clinton Park is set to become a cornerstone of urban living in New Rochelle.
