Washington, DC – Police are investigating an assault with the intent to rob Monday night after a crime alert reported two suspects in the area of Wheeler Road SE and Bellvue Street SE.

The incident was reported at approximately 10:49 p.m. on Feb. 16. According to the alert, officers are searching for two individuals:
• Suspect 1 described as a Black male wearing all black and a black mask
• Suspect 2 described as wearing a green snow suit and a black mask

No additional details about the victim or circumstances have been released as the investigation remains ongoing.
