Gunfire Erupts in Baltimore as Shooting Investigation Unfolds

BALTIMORE, MD – A shooting investigation has been initiated following a firearm discharge incident on October 10.

At approximately 12:30 p.m., officers responded to reports of shots fired in the 3500 block of Esther Place. Upon arrival, they found a 57-year-old male victim suffering from gunshot wounds to his lower extremities. The victim was transported to a local hospital and is currently listed in stable condition.

Detectives from the Southeast District Shooting unit have taken over the investigation. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the Southeast District Shooting detectives at 410-396-2422.
