PHILADELPHIA, PA — A man was shot and killed Thursday night on the 5900 block of Ludlow Street in West Philadelphia, according to police, who say the investigation is ongoing and no arrests have been made.

The shooting occurred around 8:52 p.m. in the city’s 18th District. Officers arrived on scene and transported the adult male victim to Penn-Presbyterian Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead at 9:06 p.m.
