Gunpoint robbery in Northwest D.C. captured on surveillance camera

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Investigators are seeking the public’s help in identifying two suspects involved in an armed robbery that took place in Northwest Washington last month.

The robbery occurred on Jan. 25 at approximately 2:23 a.m. in the 1700 block of Euclid Street NW. The victim reported being approached by two suspects, one of whom pointed a firearm and demanded property while the second acted as a lookout. After the victim complied, both suspects fled the scene.

Surveillance footage captured images of the suspects, including one individual seen both with and without a hooded sweatshirt. Authorities have released updated photos in hopes of generating leads in the case.

Anyone with information is urged to contact police at (202) 727-9099 or text tips to 50411. A reward of up to $10,000 is being offered for information leading to an arrest and conviction.
