New Harlem Globetrotters scratch-off from Maryland Lottery offers $10K prizes and courtside experience

BALTIMORE, MD – A new Maryland Lottery scratch-off launched Friday is offering more than just cash—it’s giving fans the once-in-a-lifetime chance to sit courtside with the Harlem Globetrotters during their 100th anniversary tour.

The $2 Harlem Globetrotters scratch-off ticket, released in partnership with EQL Games, marks the first time the team has been featured on a lottery game. Alongside six instant top prizes of $10,000, the ticket includes a second-chance promotion where 31 players will win exclusive access to the team’s March 15 game at the Chesapeake Employers Insurance Arena at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.

The top second-chance prize includes two seats on the team bench, a $150 prepaid card for food, parking, and other expenses, a VIP Globetrotters gift pack, and a private meet and greet with players on the court. An additional 30 winners will receive courtside tickets, a $150 prepaid card, and Globetrotters merchandise. Six promotional drawings will take place between December 15 and January 20.

Tickets feature two classic Harlem Globetrotters designs, including the iconic image of a basketball spinning on a fingertip. Non-winning tickets can be entered into the My Lottery Rewards program for a chance to win.

The release comes ahead of the Globetrotters’ 100-Year Tour in 2026, giving Maryland players the chance to celebrate the milestone in style.

$10 Red 5’s Doubler – $100,000 top prize
$30 200X The Cash – $2 million top prize, part of the X The Cash second-chance promotion running through July
