Feeling sad or overwhelmed during COVID-19?
The Howell Township Municipal Alliance’s website http://www.twp.howell.nj.us/169/Municipal-Alliance and Friends of the Howell Township Municipal Alliance Facebook page
https://www.facebook.com/groups/777021282427257/ provide a comprehensive, current list of mental health and substance use prevention, recovery, and treatment resources during the uncertain times of COVID-19…or any time you or a loved one need support.
The resources range from youth and general population helplines to crisis intervention services at the local, state, and national levels. Never be afraid to ask for help or seek support…never be afraid to ask a loved one, friend, or co-worker if everything is okay.
Social distancing does not put a stop to offering compassion and concern!
