The Jackson Liberty High School wrestling team got three pins and four decisions Wednesday to squeak by host Point Pleasant Borough, 30-29.
Jared Dizenzo, Christopher Pondish and Tyler Kalmowitz had pins for the Lions, while Jerald Goodman, Jeremy Bollard, Niles Jackson and Nicholas Pellegrino won decisions.
Spencer Robinson, Dylan Davies and Matt Youmans won major decisions for the Panthers. Tyler Tweedie won by technical fall at 113 pounds and Billy Borowsky pinned Chavis Coleman at 182 pounds. Courtland Hackel and Ben Sabo won decisions for Point Pleasant Borough.
