STAFFORD, VA – On February 11 at 9:47 p.m. Deputy J.F. Edwards responded to a single-vehicle accident on Greenspring Drive at Cross Ridge Court. He arrived to find a Ford Mustang in the middle of the intersection resting on its roof.
The driver was identified as Michael Lariosa, 30, of Spotsylvania. Lariosa had slurred speech and glassy eyes. Field sobriety tests were administered and he was arrested for DUI.
Lariosa was held at the Rappahannock Regional Jail on a $3,000 bond for DUI second offense within five years.
