Investigation Underway After Beauty Pro Theft and Assault

Silver Spring, MD – Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 3rd District Investigative Section are actively investigating a theft and assault that took place at the Beauty Pro in the 8600 block of Colesville Road on Sunday. Authorities have shared surveillance video and photos of three suspects involved and are seeking assistance from the public to identify them.

The investigation uncovered that the suspects stole property from the victim’s store located at City Place Mall on Friday and Sunday. When approached by the victim, the suspects not only refused to return the stolen goods but also assaulted the victim before fleeing the scene.

Having reviewed the surveillance footage from the store, detectives were able to gather descriptions of the three suspects. They are believed to be teenage females of unknown race, standing at approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall with dark hair.
