Investigation Underway for Vehicle Fire in Hagerstown

HAGERSTOWN, MD—An investigation has been launched into a vehicle fire involving a 2004 Hyundai semi-trailer. The incident occurred at 14723 Crown Lane on Monday at 10:59 AM. The semi-trailer, owned by Central Transport, suffered an estimated loss of $5,000. The fire was controlled within 5 minutes by the Maugansville Goodwill Volunteer Fire Company, with 15 firefighters responding to the scene.

The fire originated inside the trailer, and the cause is currently under investigation. No injuries, deaths, or arrests have been reported in connection with this incident.
