Jackson Township has officially adopted two ordinances, passed by the township council:

Ordinance 2025-12, ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON, COUNTY OF OCEAN, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, AMENDING CHAPTER 103-62 SCHEDULE XVIII: SPEED LIMITS A TO INCLUDE AN ADDITIONAL STREET TO BE SUBJECT TO A 25 MPH SPEED LIMIT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the aforementioned ordinance was adopted after public hearing during a regular meeting of the Township Council of the Township of Jackson held on  May 13, 2025 at Jackson Township Municipal Building, located at 95 W Veterans Highway, Jackson, New Jersey.
