TORONTO, ON – Just a bit south of Toronto, in Mississauga, you’ll find Pizza Nostra, a pizzeria opened in 2014 by Jersey brothers Andrea and Marco Grande. The pizzeria has become a spot loved by locals since opening for delivering thin-crust Jersey-style pizza.

This week, the Grande family got a surprise visit from Dave Portnoy, President of Barstool Sports and host of the widely popular One Bite Pizza reviews.

Portnoy gave the pizza an elusive 8.0 on his sometimes sliding pizza scale. The secret to their success is that they just do pizza, and now offer frozen pizza.

“We just do pizza,” Grande said. “We keep it simple. That’s all I do. I’m pizza.”
