Jersey Shore Cake & Cookie Convention Returns to Monmouth University

WEST LONG BRANCH, NJ – The Jersey Shore Cake & Cookie Convention is back for a second installment at the OceanFirst Bank Center at Monmouth University, offering an extensive program for baking professionals, novices, and enthusiasts.

Scheduled for September 23 and 24, the event promises a variety of experiences for its attendees. Though not focused on eating cakes and cookies, the convention brings together industry leaders, supply vendors, and artisans for live demos, hands-on classes, and networking opportunities. Attendees can also participate in competitions and connect with like-minded individuals.

The inaugural event garnered a turnout of over 2,000 attendees and raised $3,200 for the charity Icing Smiles. Organizers anticipate another successful run, as the event has been in planning for over 15 months.
