Jon bon jovi foundation feeds those in need during blistering heat wave

TOMS RIVER-The heat index this weekend was well over 100 degrees, but Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer and a delegate of public officials were on hand to help out rockstar Jon Bob Jovi’s community charity venture, JBJ’s Soul Kitchen.

Joining Billhimer was Toms River Councilwoman Maria Maruca and Toms River MUA Director Robert DiBiase.

The Soul Kitchen is a non-profit community restaurant run by the Jon Bon Jovi Foundation. The Soul Kitchen serves fresh, farm to table meals to in-need and paying customers. JBJ Soul Kitchen is a non-profit Community Restaurant, run by the Jon Bon Jovi Soul Foundation, that serves paying and in-need customers.

“It is a community restaurant where individuals or families can come to eat a delicious farm-to-table meal in a warm, welcoming setting and meet our neighbors,” JBJ Soul Kitchen states. “For those that need to volunteer in order to provide a meal for themselves and/or their families, JBJ Soul Kitchen will always have an opportunity open for you.
